+ how do we get started on a project?
Contact us using our contact form or sending an email to email@example.com. We'll start the conversation via email and from there we’ll send you a link to book your project kick-off call over the phone or Skype. We will talk through deliverables and pricing during this time. Once all the details are covered, we'll send you an project brief and estimate for review. Once the estimate is approved, a contract, timeline and deposit invoice will follow.
+ how much time in advance should we book a project?
To make sure we are there for you when you need us, we suggest booking your project at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
+ what are your general timelines?
Timelines vary depending on the project and how involved they are. On average, however, branding projects take around 4-6 weeks to complete. Custom Websites take 5-9 weeks from start to finish - includes research, strategy, wireframing, design, development, and delivery.
+ what platform do you use to build these websites on?
We assess the needs of your business to find a platform best suited for how you operate, on a day to day basis. We've built websites using Squarespace, Showit, Shopify, Weebly, and Wix. Each platform has their own unique benefits.
+ will you send us all the files you created for our website?
Yes! Everything we create for your website is yours and we place all of those files in a Dropbox folder for you.
+ will our website be SEO compatible?
Absolutely! We make sure you are visible on all search engines. We spend an entire day optimizing your website. We also run your website through software that shows us if we overlooked any SEO detail.
+ How do you assess the current state of our brand?
We dive deep into your logos, color schemes, website, website analytics, social media blueprint, digital reviews, and most importantly we listen to the story behind your business.
+ Do you create just logos?
Yes! We do! Send us a shoutout at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a custom quote for just a logo design.
+ Do you recommend one platform the most?
My personal favorite is instagram, however, not all platforms are the best for all businesses. After our Social Media Analysis or Social Media Project kick-off call, I will give you a comprehensive PDF with social media platform suggestions and how to best utilize them for your business.
+ What if we want just photography for our social media?
We are absolutely available for photography and can shoot stock photo for your brand. Please send us an email at email@example.com so we can discuss your project in detail.
+ Can I buy a 30-day plan for as long as I want?
We suggest purchasing at least 3 months worth of our 30-day plan. This will allow us to gather enough data to know what worked and what didn't. However, our goal is to equip you to run your own social media and truly understand your client. So, as much as we would love to stick around, we cap our 30-day plan at 6 months. By then you'll be a pro at this social media thing!
+ Do you post to social media for us?
Our whole goal is to equip you to steer the ship. We will guide you through a process of learning who your customer is and understanding what they engage with most, but we encourage all our clients to be the one who is posting to social media. We give you the content you need to be successful and are always available if you have questions along the way.
+ When do you send us our 30-day plan for the following month?
If you're currently cruising through a 30-day plan and have purhcased another one, we will send the next one to you a week before your current plan ends.
